By now we have all heard numerous benefits of meditation, and you have probably even told yourself that you want to start meditating. But even knowing the benefits & having the desire, many find that they struggle with actually meditating. I personally began with this struggle: I felt like I wasn’t doing it correctly, like it was too hard, like I didn’t have the patience.

Years later, when I revisited meditation under different teachers and methodologies, I had the Ah-Ha realization that meditation doesn’t have to be hard. In fact, it is quite the opposite. Meditation is easy when approached properly.

This was truly life-changing information for me, and I needed to share how simple this is with others. I now teach meditation to individuals and groups in a simple format that takes less than an hour to learn. Since I began teaching meditation 8 years ago, it is not uncommon for me to hear shock and pleasant surprise from my students at how simple meditation actually is.

Mindfulness and meditation, combined with movement, are an essential part of my lifestyle, and enable me to feel peaceful, alive, and centered. There was a direct correlation between when I began to meditate regularly and the flow of ease in my life.

The reason that spurs each person to meditate may be vastly different, but with regular practice, anyone can receive profound benefits physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

There are many apps, lectures, books, etc. on meditation, so there are numerous ways to go about learning to meditate. Unfortunately, many of these can complicate the practice or leave you dependent on a guided meditation. But the truth is, there is an incredibly simple technique that you can learn quickly to be able to incorporate Mindfulness and Meditation into your everyday life immediately. I offer this training as an individual in your home or business, or as a group. So, let go of any excuses or fears of meditating, and spend an hour with me to learn this life changing practice.

If you or your group would benefit from learning to meditate simply, please call or email today to schedule a session or lecture to learn this powerful, simple technique.
