Pristine Pools was established with the intent to fulfill a need, and to provide exceptional service to the greater Pittsburgh area and now to Delaware as well. After working for a reputable swimming supply company in the summer of 2006, a passion and joy was found maintaining and installing swimming pools. It was the pleasure of taking a product (the green, swamp-like water) testing it, and turning it into an enjoyable pool once again. Ok, so you all know how much I love my pool, right? Getting it open is the most important thing! Normally we do a partial opening but we have had some hard times the last couple of years getting it clear. So, I decided to go with a full opening. I wasn’t too sure what to expect, when I came home and noticed a few things had not been done; I wondered if it was just me being picky (we all know I can be) or should it have been done. Yesterday evening the company texted me to ask how I liked the service. I thought that was nice; so, I expressed my comments. To my surprise she had the technician go out again today and do the things that I had mentioned to her. Now this is what I call customer service.
