From the beginning of her career, Emily displayed a natural eye for symmetry, detail, and design—qualities that have helped her grow into the highly skilled lash artist she is today.

She has mastered the ability to craft customized lash sets that flatter each client’s unique features, thoughtfully selecting the perfect combination of curl, length, and density. Whether her clients prefer a soft, natural look or a bold, dramatic effect, Emily’s work is known for being beautifully tailored, long-lasting, and incredibly comfortable to wear. Sadie Graham
The Permanent Cosmetic and Lash Studio was founded in 1999 by Carmella Davies in West Chester, Pennsylvania. After years of excelling in nearly every corner of the beauty industry, Carmella had built a substantial following and an outstanding reputation for her artistry. Recognizing her true passion for specialized, transformative work, she shifted her focus to permanent cosmetics—a decision that would shape the future of The Studio. More than two decades later, with over 10,000 happy clients, The Permanent Cosmetic and Lash Studio has become one of the most sought-after destinations both locally and nationally for permanent cosmetic solutions, advanced eyelash artistry, and select skincare treatments.
Behind the scenes, the studio operates smoothly thanks to a dedicated and reliable support team. Kristina, our Business Manager, ensures that daily operations stay organized, efficient, and client-focused. Working closely alongside her is Sadie, our Studio Coordinator, whose role is absolutely essential to the flow and success of the entire space. Sadie’s warm presence, attention to detail, and ability to keep everything (and everyone) on track make her an invaluable anchor to The Studio. Together, Kristina and Sadie form the backbone of the practice, allowing Carmella and the artists to devote their energy to delivering exceptional service. Carmella is continually inspired by the young, talented, and creative team she has built; their fresh perspectives and shared passion for beauty help the studio grow and evolve year after year.
