Greetings!
It’s the holiday season, and the realization of yet another year gone by, leads me towards remembering the many reasons for which I am grateful. As I reflect on the memories of my past year and the thoughts of my children, Benjamin and Dominick for which my business is named, it seems hard to believe that my oldest son, Ben, is graduating from high school, and Dom, is in his junior year. The pictures sparkle in my mind of my two little boys …

Local Woman Sells Dog Collars to Help Raise Awareness for Cancer in Dogs & Cats

Carol Zaruba was riding home from the beach one day when she thought of an idea to raise awareness of what her English Bulldog Sarge went through.
Sarge, 2, recently underwent surgery to remove a mast cell tumor from his abdomen and had chemotherapy to treat his cancer. Zaruba, who resides in Middletown decided to take dog and cat collars and leashes, and add a little cancer awareness flare. She buys the collars and leashes and adds colored ribbons for different types of cancer.
