Welcome to the Delaware Heart Gallery! The Heart Gallery has a six-year history of helping find families for waiting children. Delaware has joined other states in utilizing this creative tool to showcase our waiting children. Today, nearly every state in the nation has established a Heart Gallery for use in both public awareness and family recruitment events. The inspirational portraits, which are taken by talented photographers, capture the individuality of each child and have helped hundreds of children find permanent families.

Every week we work with outstanding professional women, and with this issue we have decided to do our part in spotlighting some of these fascinating women. On the front cover are just a few of the many women that we have met, and on the inside you will find short profiles on each of these women.
