The top two questions people ask me are, “Can I be hypnotized?” and “Does hypnosis really work?”. Instead of me answering these questions let three of my clients—-Robert, Tracy, and Karen, offer their answers. As you read what they have to share about their experience consider how you may be in a similar situation.

If you are like most people, your resolve may feel a little worn by now. All you have to do is belong to a fitness center to see membership drastically increase on January 1 only to slow down again in March. It’s human nature to have gusto for a new goal and then gradually lose motivation as challenges creep in.

A few questions may have come to mind: Can I be Hypnotized? What does Hypnosis feel like? Why do people use Hypnosis? Many people use hypnosis because what they’ve been doing isn’t working. Perhaps they want to become a non-smoker but the nicotine patch, gum, or medication hasn’t worked. Perhaps they want to lose weight and have been on just about any diet you can think of, but the weight always returns.

Hypnosis can improve your focus and concentration while reducing stress. If there’s a “bad” habit you want to end in your life, let hypnosis assist you in achieving that too. What is hypnosis and is it safe? Yes. Hypnosis is safe. In 1958 it was recognized by the American Medical Association. Hypnosis is an increased state of focused attention or concentration which most people experience on a daily basis. Have you ever driven your car with your mind elsewhere and not remembered landmarks along the way? Welcome to highway hypnosis! If you have ever emotionally responded to a movie or television program, you have experienced hypnosis (this includes talking back to actors and athletes)! As you can now see, hypnosis is a naturally occurring state.

This time I’d like to share with you more of the services I provide as well as what people are saying about them, too! It’s natural, when investing time and money in something new to ask, “Will this be worth it?” Of course there’s no way to know until you try it, and that’s where measuring the Return On Investment (ROI) comes in. If you are interested in changing your life using Hypnosis, you can use a ROI of your own to evaluate the return of your time, money and effort. After all, when looking at hypnosis to create positive changes such as weight loss, becoming a non-smoker, feeling happier and less stressed- using ROI makes good common sense.

When I moved out of my parent’s home in 1980, I not only moved my belongings, I also took emotional clutter, what some may call negative self-talk. I brought along beliefs about myself, the world, and what I could or could not expect from life. Much, if not almost all, of this emotional clutter was below my conscious awareness. Whether I was aware of it or not, I was still impacted by it. One’s level of awareness doesn’t minimize the effects emotional clutter has; …

Though you may not realize, hypnosis is very helpful for people who are dealing with clutter, whether what some may call being messy all the way to hoarding. I’ve even had a client say hypnosis was helpful for her to clear the emotional clutter she’d been carrying. I’d like to share with you what a client wrote about the impact the hypnosis work she and I did together has had on her life and on her hoarding.
