The fall and winter months are a time for many to snuggle up in front of their fireplaces, hunker down in sweat suits and hope they don’t catch a cold. But for others the fall/winter months are a time of residential reflection. After the lawn chairs have been put away, there are a few months before the warm spring weather arrives when some are choosing to upgrade their homes.

We dust off the patio furniture, wash the decks, and open our pools so that we may start to live outside after our winter imprisonment.
