After the lawn chairs have been put away, there are a few months before the warm spring weather arrives when some are choosing to upgrade their homes.

But for others the winter months are a time of residential reflection. After the lawn chairs have been put away and the holiday decorations have been taken down there are a few months before the warm spring weather arrives when some are choosing to upgrade their homes.

It’s that time of year again when the flowers start to bloom, vegetables sprout, and leaves on the trees provide much needed shade from those sweltering summer days. We dust off the patio furniture, wash the decks, and open our pools so that we may start to live outside after our winter imprisonment.
