Map Your Life Style: First, take a look at all areas of your life, not just the mommy part. You are only mom to specific little beings in this world. To the rest of the world, you are YOU. Think about the “healthy you”, the “fun you”, the “business you”, the “comfortable you” and yes also the “sexy you!”

Visualize the “ideal you”: Close your eyes and picture the ideal version of yourself. Next, think about your life style and see how you are showing up. Is it what you envisioned? Now, go to your closet and see if you have anything that can bring this sexy, beautiful woman to real life.

Step up for yourself: If it’s not in your closet, chances are that it’s not in your life. If the visualization step made you realize that your wardrobe does not support all aspects of your personality, it’s time to make some changes. It may be time for further reflection and discovery. Or, it may be time to go shopping for clothes and accessories that bring back that sassy, positive self. You have an authentic style that is yours and yours alone. There is no other like you, and there never will be! You have a purpose in the world! Invest in your soul style and get ready to bloom.
