Tucked away at Hockessin Corner along with specialty shops, galleries, and the Back Burner To Go (gourmet take out) you’ll find The Back Burner Restaurant a cozy place to enjoy lunch or dinner with friends in a casual,  relaxed atmosphere.   The delectable menu at The Back Burner showcases our chef’, Kristin McGuigan’s, seasonal selections in American style cuisine while specializing in steak and seafood. As much as the  locals have tried to keep it a secret, the word is out, so we don’t mind helping the good news spread even further.
