Joseph Frederick & Sons launched its new Bath and Kitchen Remodeling Division, under the leadership of Steve Kivler, in August 2009. Kivler, an expert in both design and construction, joins Joseph Frederick & Sons with more than 20 years of experience in the residential remodeling construction industry. For the past 10 years, Kivler owned and operated Quality Custom Carpentry, a Delaware home remodeling business.

Homeowners who include plumbing, electrical, and heating/cooling expertise in the initial phases of remodeling can avert design flaws that might not otherwise appear until later in the project. A design might look great on paper, but if plumbing, electricity and climate control aren’t considered in the plan, homeowners can end up with air flow problems or inefficient wiring and piping. As part of its new offering, Joseph Frederick & Sons also provides a full selection of cabinetry, countertops, flooring and fixtures.
