Delaware’s Heart Gallery
Welcome to the Delaware Heart Gallery! The Heart Gallery has a six-year history of helping find families for waiting children. Delaware has joined other states in utilizing this creative tool to showcase our waiting children. Today, nearly every state in the nation has established a Heart Gallery for use in both public awareness and family recruitment events. The inspirational portraits, which are taken by talented photographers, capture the individuality of each child and have helped hundreds of children find permanent families. The Delaware children whose portraits you see here are legally free for adoption right now.
