Your Identity and Self-Expression Are Inseparable

They work great together through…. Fashion!
Your attire is a snapshot that gives a first, and usually, lasting impression of you. How often do you look at someone and immediately form an impression or feel a little curious about them based on how they look; particularly, how they are dressed? My guess would be, ‘most of the time.’ This is very important to Renee Lawson, who is the owner of Strike-A-Pose Boutique. “It is part of my mission as a business woman to challenge every woman to realize how empowering fashion is when it comes to establishing an accurate visual representation of herself.”
Strike-A-Pose Boutique is an upscale fashion & accessory ‘lifestyle’ boutique, which is located in Camden, Delaware, at 12260 Willow Grove Road; Building 2; Suite A. Inside this boutique, which has a resort boutique style and ambience, you’ll find designer fashions & accessories that are personally selected by the owner, Renee Lawson. Clients and customers also enjoy shopping impressive collections of jewelry, (costume, limited edition, and one-of-a kind).
At the age of 16, I began to dream of one day owning my own boutique. This boutique would be reminiscent of the memorable experiences that my grandmother always managed to create when we went shopping, (and we shopped a lot). It was during these times, that she taught me so many things about how to dress, and how important it is to project a self-image that is truly representative of who you are as an individual. These valuable lessons are staples that I share in my communication with everyone who enters my boutique.
There is no such thing as a typical shopping experience at Strike-A-Pose Boutique. Our clients rave about our superlative customer service, and we know that repeat customers are a result of the experience. A little time is spent just browsing. Then it is on to the best part…shopping! Sharing information, exploring different fashions, creating a look that is just the right look for a specific lifestyle, makes for a wonderful & fun way to spend time, and to discover untapped fashion savvy. Whether a customer leaves with a wardrobe or a single outfit, the most important thing is that they have engaged in an experience that they will want to repeat. Experimenting with colors, patterns, textures, numerous styles & shapes of jewelry, and a plethora of accessories that are different, unique, and rare are all part of what makes Strike-A-Pose Boutique.
Apparel for business, casual, occasion, resort, etc, is available at the storefront location, and online at www.strikeaposeboutique.com. Catalog shopping is also available. Strike-A-Pose Boutique is also an authorized retailer of Jams World Cruise Wear.
A private line of distinctive spa grade products is also a shopping favorite. This line consists of soy lotion candles, aromatherapy candles, bath & body gels, hand & body lotions, bubbling milk baths, and lip balms, which are available in five fragrances, and which may be purchased as sets or individually.
In my business, I encounter wonderful people on a regular basis. In addition, I witness positive change in women who are unhappy with their appearance, and women who lack confidence to step out of their comfort zone, (which is actually what they perceive to be ‘who they are’), and make the decision to develop, nurture, and maintain their own style. Many of these women now believe that they don’t have to follow trends; they can set their own trends. They can use fashion ‘trends’ as fashion ‘elements’ to compliment their individual fashion persona, as opposed to using them as the easily available solutions to their fashion dilemmas. I now have clients who previously would have nothing to do with bright & bold colors and patterns, who now include these elements in their wardrobes. Some of these women have even become ‘fashion models’ for Strike-A-Pose Boutique. For these reasons, I remain an advocate for positive change.
This is just the beginning of who the ‘StrikeAPose’ woman is. She is the woman who lives the slogan….’Do Y-O-U!’ After all, no one can do you like you, but you!
“Strike-A-Pose Boutique is approaching its eighth year in operation. Throughout this period I have had pleasurable opportunities to dress pageant contestants, participate in fund-raisers for causes such as breast cancer, heart disease, political, church, and civic projects, and other worthy causes.”

Testimonials:
“I am a man who enjoys shopping for his wife. I have been her wardrobe consultant for nearly 25 years. I have shopped for my wife all across the country. A few months ago I stumbled into the Strike-A-Pose Boutique and enjoyed the most unique experience I have ever had. Renee had never seen me before, but in a few minutes it was as if we were old friends. She began by asking key questions about my wife and what styles she liked, followed by taking the time to put together her designer fashions and accessories with different looks and appearances. What a wonderful and refreshing experience, an owner that was interested in me the “customer”. Renee not only was personable, but she quickly became the owner of my favorite place to shop for my wife. Strike-A-Pose Boutique is a truly unique shopping experience that I promise will keep you coming back. Congratulations Renee on creating a boutique and atmosphere where men can come and leave with clothing, accessories, and most of all, winning combinations that will make their wives happy.” ~Terrence Nichols
